So if I drink 3 Fosters Oil Cans, and Send $3.60 to some address, I get a ‘Free’ Fosters Belt Buckle? (Unless you are in Texas. Apparently there are already too many belt buckles there, Texas residents get a ‘Free Oil Can Wrap’)
